Connecting the Industry. Addressing Challenges. Driving Solutions.
GoReefers was proud to host an important industry engagement with Transnet, bringing together freight forwarders, shipping lines, logistics stakeholders, government representatives and grower associations, such as SATI.
With Transnet Group COO Solly Letshalo and senior Transnet Port Authority leadership participating, the session provided an opportunity for open and constructive discussions around the challenges facing our supply chain, port bottlenecks and their impact on the industry.
Equally valuable was hearing directly from Transnet about the initiatives underway, improvements already achieved and plans to strengthen port performance.
The key takeaway? Meaningful progress requires collaboration.
The commitment to more regular engagements between Transnet and industry stakeholders is a positive step towards greater transparency, shared understanding and practical solutions.
Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to a productive and insightful discussion.
Together, we can build a more efficient and resilient South African supply chain.
