Product Training Wednesday

Today our team had the pleasure of welcoming Gill from Rare Earth Retreats, Mande from PE Hotel Group, Cindy from Kariega Game Reserve, and Shanaaz from Taj Cape Town for another valuable product training session.

These sessions are an important part of how we continue to strengthen our product knowledge across South Africa and Southern Africa. For a DMC, knowing the product is not only about remembering property names — it is about understanding location, routing, guest experience, ideal client fit, seasonality, logistics and how each product can add value to the right itinerary.

Today’s training gave our consultants the opportunity to refresh and expand their knowledge across a strong mix of experiences, including city stays, coastal properties, safari options and boutique luxury product.
