Requirements:
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with existing clients.
• Do site inspections and quotations.
• Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met.
• Continue their assessment of a client’s needs and business objectives.
• Work with Operational team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives and co-ordinate the pricing solution/service.
• Meet financial targets and growth objectives.
• Manage a client’s projects from beginning to end.
• Ensure contracts are optimally structured, managed and populated to increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure a best practice framework is in place for the delivery of each contract, using processes, procedures and systems aligned to the company quality policy.
• Lead customer service excellence and continuous improvement culture, so that the business remains at the leading edge of service delivery and value.
