Once employed, staff receive regular driver assessments, CPR and basic first aid training, customer care etc. Our vehicles are stringently maintained according to Rubix operational procedures and daily vehicle checks are conducted on every vehicle. All of our vehicles are satellite tracked, and this assists us in not only managing driver behaviour, but serves as a very effective vehicle management and tracking system. Because we transport kids of all ages, we have a child minder on board our vehicles, who assist the driver, by ensuring kids are safely embarked and disembarked from the vehicles - parents are sms'd on delivery of their child at their destination. in addition to our core business of transporting kids, we also offer a corporate and event transport solution.
