I hereby wish to place on record my feedback on my experience from Stanley's Removals on the job ref: 606/04/2022

From the first call requesting my need to transport my household contents from Umhlanga, KZN to Benoni, Gauteng until the final delivery., the feedback is as follows:
• Friendly and professional response to my request with prompt supply of quote and confirmation of collection date - Mrs Marchussen
• Call from Adam confirming arrival time of collection team the following day. A proactive initiative to ensure that all was on track for the following day.
• Collection on 29th April 2022 Arrival of collection team on time and communication by team leader/driver of their arrival.
• The entire team was in uniform and friendly and very supportive. They were very well organized & super efficient. The entire contents was uplifted in 3 hours exactly as estimated by the team leader,
• Delivery on 10th May 2022. Contact made by delivery team leader the day before. The delivery was scheduled for 06h30 am. The team had arrived at 05h30 and ready for delivery. They gave me a wake up call as agreed. The entire delivery was very well organized with a friendly attitude by the team. Upon commencement, the entire delivery was completed in 30 minutes. They did not accept my offer of hot beverages being so early in the morning. Instead they had organized their own coffee and breakfast themselves outside at the truck.
• I confirm that there was no breakages nor any item damaged.
All I wish to say to the Stanley's Removal team is the following:
This move has been my 14th House move and 8th Business move during my 46 year corporate career. This move was meant to be my final move as I go into retirement. But it will remain most memorable, as it was the most efficient and professional, displaying teamwork at its best in every way. You are undoubtedly a world class team, and deserve due recognition for the exceptional level of outstanding and extraordinary service. I'm so proud of you as my transporter of choice.
