MTE Xpress is seeking a dynamic, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Zone Controller at our Bloemfontein Branch on a fixed-term basis for 4 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operational activities within the assigned zone, ensuring service excellence, effective communication, and adherence to company procedures and service level requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

-Previous experience in courier, logistics, or transport operations advantageous
-Strong administrative and communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-Computer literacy essential
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
-Must be reliable, disciplined, and customer service driven

LINEHAUL DRIVER – DBN BASED

MTE Xpress is seeking a reliable and experienced Linehaul Driver to join our operations team. This role is critical to ensuring consistent, long-distance freight movement across our network.

Minimum Requirements:
• Valid Code 14 (EC) driver’s licence
• Valid PrDP (Professional Driving Permit)
• 2–5 years’ proven experience operating heavy-duty vehicles (8-ton, 14-ton, or articulated trucks)
• Demonstrated experience in long-distance and night driving
• Clear criminal record
• Traceable references from previous employers
• Must be medically fit for night shifts and extended driving hours
• Must reside in Durban (DBN)

Key Competencies:
• Strong focus on road safety and compliance
• Ability to manage tight delivery schedules
• High level of discipline and reliability
• Good communication and reporting skills

What We Expect:
This is not a local delivery role — it requires commitment to linehaul operations, including overnight routes, strict timelines, and professional vehicle handling.
