Just got back from my 6500 km recce through Zimbabwe,Botswana,Namibia and South Africa .....so time to sort out Admin . Late night chaos getting everything booked for the adventures starting soon .

November : Cape Town to Victoria Falls via Namibia
February - The Best of Namibia
April - Johannesburg to Vic Falls via Botswana
May : Vic Falls - Johannesburg via Namibia and Botswana

In the middle of nowhere in Namibia ....came across a San Village . The San is a nomadic tribe that have wandered the Kalahari Desert for thousands of years . This is why I find adventure motorcycling so amazing .......you never know what you going to find off the beaten track .

Lost a shoe in Botswana .....so now riding boots to dinner 😂

Dinner is naturally a 3 course event . Starter - Cooked to perfection in 180 degree H2O for a period of 3 minutes 3 hard-boiled eggs .
Main Course - Alfredo Pasta , Italian cuisine perfected over hundreds of years in the Tuscan Valley of Italy . To enjoy the left over sauce ....3 fuel station bread rolls.
Dessert - the one and only sweet yo get the taste buds going ....and probably gout .And my favourite of all time Coca Cola

I have a home for the night .....sitting on the patio....time for a cappuccino. And watch the sun set over Africa - my favourite time of the day Should give myself a 5*rating

All Accommodation and excursion bookings in Zimbabwe sorted. Just arrived in Namibia ....camping on the Kavango River in the Caprivi Strip ..........cannot believe this area was once a war zone . Can't wait for the alarm to go off......tomorrow is the gravel roads through lion and elephant country ......

Dinner on the road in the African bush .....2 minute noodles and tinned Spaghetti Bolognese . One thing the South African military gave us that actually is useful in civilian life .....cooking pots and plates in one .....Dixie's

In this business .....there are always changes. So time to ride and check how far the roadworks all over Botswana are progressing . Rumoured changes to motorcycles entering Zimbabwe and Customs and Excise changes in Namibia due to privatization and lodge ownership changes.........can't get caught with my pants down . 6500 kms .....long days in the saddle ............but worth it to be on the road and riding to beautiful places. Victoria Falls , Chobe National Park , The Caprivi Strip , Okavango Swamps , Elephant Sands , Trans Kalahari Highway , Fish River Canyon and the Northern Cape here I come .
