TRAFFIC ALERT: Motorists are advised to avoid the R40 road between Ga-Relane and Beretta in Bushbuckridge today, January 26. The road is currently obstructed by community members using trucks as part of a protest.
While small vehicles are able to pass, the blockade is preventing heavy vehicles from moving through the area. Police are on site monitoring the situation and are awaiting the removal of the trucks to fully reopen the route.
