Another two successful safaris conducted here in the Niassa Special Reserve. A place that deserves protection in the most serious manner, this is not a hunting concession, it is not a small piece of Africa, it is not a privately owned kingdom, it is one of the most beautiful, game rich, habitats left today, the home of many communities that rely on its natural produce to survive. It needs to be kept that way, and to do this takes courage, fortitude, belief and support from quarters that will accept what we say is true, we hunt and we protect, conserve and have the proof right here to show you that our method DOES work. Do not believe the Born Frees, Adam Cruise of this world, they are lairs and they are conservation terrorists and one day will be held to account for their misinformation. Their narrative will be the final nail in the coffin for African wildlife.

Why do we burn ? Are there benefits and does it create turmoil in the game ?

The landscape remains unchanged over millennia, habit is secured, for now, the hunting of old animals is what we are known for. This past safari, proof once again.
We cannot let those that lie about what we do to end this.
Show what we support, what we love and what keeps Africa’s wild areas wild and secures the future of wildlife here.

Another safari completed in Niassa, what a trip, the youngest ever to embark on a safari to our part of the world, the youngsters lived for their Dads hunting experiences, they experienced things they could not believe possible, including the worst tsetse season we have had in many years, yet not a complaint nor a whine!!!
Huge thanks to Robin Fourie for a fabulous job, thanks to Marriana, Forest and Louis and all field and camp staff for one hell of an effort 🙏

Yesterday a poaching camp was discovered in a vacant block bordering our concession.
Compliments to the Mozambique Police operation and the assistance of some of our 61 game scouts, today it is no more, almost 100 snares captured, camp destroyed, equipment seized, two poachers arrested and a a complementary warning sent to others that may wish to embark on commercial meat poaching careers.
