Last week we had the pleasure of handing over this new 3-axle Cobalt C50 to our client Danie from Enviromech — a nicer guy you would do well to find.

Danie contacted us a few months ago and explained exactly what he needed from his new lowbed, particularly considering the operating conditions he encounters in the forestry industry.

After taking the time to understand his application, we recommended a mid-wheelbase, 3-axle slope deck C50 at 3.2 m wide as the right configuration for the work.

So you can imagine how satisfying it was when Danie sent us this great video of his very first load — the new lowbed doing exactly the job we had planned and specified it to do. And we have to say, the trailer looks particularly good finished in Enviromech's corporate green!

For us, that's what supplying the right trailer is all about: understanding the application first, and then putting the right equipment underneath it.

TRAINING DAY:
A couple of weeks ago we had the privilege of hosting our Namibian customer, AWH Africa, for just over a week while their technicians received hands-on training in the assembly, operation and maintenance of their new HBS modular multi-axle trailer combination.

This was followed by a trip to Windhoek for final inspections and a live 95-tonne load test at the customer's yard. The visit also gave the AWH team the opportunity to practise jacking and sliding procedures on their new equipment, ensuring they arrive on site with complete confidence in both the equipment and their own capabilities.

The professionalism of the AWH team and their commitment to doing the job properly is exemplary.
