Who we are...
Reli Consulting was established in 2021 with employees that have successfully provided professional railway maintenance and management services for over 20 years.

Reli Consulting team incorporates its unique experience in the following: track materials, knowledge of track geometry, Overhead Traction Equipment (OHTE), rail upgrading, maintenance services track design and construction to ensure projects are built to our client’s requirements and technical specifications.

Reli Consulting team has extensive experiential knowledge of the National Railway Safety Regulator Act (Act 16 of 2002) which ensures our clients comply with all aspects of the RSR requirements.

Reli has worked with numerous clients with railway safety management system that must be implemented and managed which includes SOPs, risk assessments and training in order to show continual improvement and ensure operational safety and with specialist knowledge of the RSR requirements which relate to compliance with the SANS 3000 standards.

We work together with our clients and provide cost- effective and technically sound solutions which guarantee the durability and longevity of underground track.

Reli Consulting holds Level 2- QSE Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BEEE) status with 51% black women shareholding.

4. Rail Track Underground Upgrading & Maintenance
Reli Consulting assist with underground rail track upgrading and maintenance in South Africa and currently in Ghana on a major high-speed project.
Our clients require a trusted engineering partner with specialist track knowledge of underground track upgrading and maintenance requirements.

They are required to comply with the SANS 10339 and Mine Standards and Specifications.
Reli Consulting team incorporates its unique experience in underground track construction, upgrading and maintenance to ensure our clients comply with standards acceptable to the Department of Minerals and Resources.

Reli Consulting is appointed by several industrial clients to assist with Railway Safety Management throughout South Africa.

Our Consulting team communicates and submit all require documentation to the Railway Safety Regulator on behalf of client. We ensure that clients comply with the Rail Safety Regulator Act.
