I've written a comprehensive piece on Armed Es**rts & Highjacking. However, the information within this informational piece is most definitely not aimed at the 'fun and juicy side' of the armed es**rt business or industry. In fact, armed es**rts carried out in the true sense and meaning within the industry, has become a very lucrative business and critically important to a wide variety of business and individuals around the globe securing assets of whatever kind. I could have spare a sentence or two to thank the criminal element within our society for this of business but due to the sometimes crazy and bloodthirsty elements within the criminal society, I will kindly refrain from doing so. Those who destroy people's lives and sometimes torture and kill thrm, are hurting the 'image' of 'honest' criminals who just identify and nationalize their goods from others who have more than they have! How unjust can society sometimes be, I ask myself?
Being personally involved in a highjack situation is and could never be pleasant. To describe such a situation in words is almost impossible. From the very first moment you notice the guns and then the hijacking personnel carrying out the deed, the very first line if thought is: 'O dear Lord, I hope they're not going to shoot'. This could happen to anyone at anytime even when you have the best practices, technology, processes and procedures in place. There's too much inside information floating around but more about that later!
A huge percentage of hijackers are also opportunists. When they notice a delivery vehicle, especially those marked ones, they will seize the opportunity and hijack the vehicle, irrespective the cargo, especially if and when the criminals notice that a delivery vehicle is accompanied by a clise following es**rt vehicle. For sure the criminals can make the math's - there should be something valuable in it because why is there an es**rt vehicle behind it - most if the times followed like a 'Venter trailer'.
