✈️ The Orion Cub Takes Shape - Phase ONE of spraying painting

The transformation begins. 🔥

Following the application of Tri 3 - a specialised weave sealer and UV barrier manufactured by Paintcor specifically for Orion Aircraft - the Orion Cub moved into its first phase of spray painting.

This video takes you behind the scenes as the first section of the aircraft being professionally spray painted, bringing the Orion Cub to life.

Phase One of spray painting: complete. ✅

✈️ PROTECTING THE ORION CUB - FROM THE OUTSIDE IN

The Orion Cub is being treated with Tri 3, a specialised weave sealer and UV barrier manufactured by Paintcor specifically for Orion Aircraft.

This specialised coating forms an important part of the aircraft finishing process, helping to seal the weave and provide protection against UV exposure, while preparing the surface for the next stages of the build.
