Dear Customer,
As you are aware, there might be fuel challenges ahead. As a company we try to prevent the waste of costs which could have been prevented, and need your help to do this.
Please take note: You must ensure that your stock is ready and packed for the collection. With the current fuel challenges, we can no longer afford to drive for a collection, and not collect anything. We need to save fuel at all costs to ensure we can still offer a service. Should your stock not be ready, there will be an additional R150.00 non-collection fee being added. This is to ensure that you make 200% certain your stock is ready at the supplier to collect. Please do not arrange a collection, if you haven’t made sure your payment is cleared at the supplier, and that the stock is packed. Please ensure your suppliers understand this challenge and the waste of fuel involved, should we drive to collect, and goods are not ready. Please ensure you ask how big the stock is which needs to collect, and ensure you give us the correct and accurate details upon arranging a collection with us.
Please ensure your supplier gives our driver the correct stock upon collection. We will no longer go back to suppliers if not all stock was given when we were there. This will be done as a new collection the next day with and treated as a new collection.
The added fee for the non-collection costs if no stock was collected will start with immediate effect.
Please make sure you send your collection requests with the correct details, without us needing to ask for the details.

What do we collect, how is it packed, what vehicle will be sufficient. If the goods don’t fit on a bakkie, the non-collection fee will be charged as well. If you book a truck, for a small parcel, the additional fee will be charged.
