Once upon a time - this cart was a long term goal:

Today, I found myself doing something as simple as trimming the dead leaves off my plant which I’ve been overlooking for months!

As I removed the old, I noticed the beautiful new leaves beginning to emerge. And it got me thinking… 🌱

How often do we keep holding on to things that no longer serve us? Old worries, unnecessary pressure, expectations, negative thoughts and the weight of trying to keep up with the everyday rat race.

Sometimes, we need to pause. Step away from the noise. Breathe. Do something simple that brings us back to ourselves.

Just like this plant, we need to make room for new growth. And that sometimes means letting go of what is no longer helping us flourish. 💚

Your mental health matters. You don’t always need to do something big to feel better. Sometimes, it’s the smallest, simplest moments that remind us to slow down, reset and begin again.

So, take that little break. Tend to yourself. Give yourself permission to let go.
