We regret to inform you about an unfortunate incident that occurred on one of our buses recently. As some of you may already be aware, a group of passengers were mugged while traveling on our bus route this morning.

We want to assure you that the safety and security of our passengers is our top priority, and we are taking this incident very seriously. We are working closely with the local authorities to investigate the matter and ensure that those responsible are held accountable.

In the meantime, we have implemented additional security measures on all our buses to prevent any such incidents from happening in the future. We ask for your cooperation and understanding as we work to improve the safety of our services.
