🌊 MEET THE AQUA NIXES — TWO LEGENDS, TWO KAYAKS & A WHOLE LOT OF ADVENTURE🛶

Some customer stories remind us exactly why we build kayaks. ❤️

Meet Nicholas & Nicole — “The Aqua Nixes”, proud owners of two Legend Kayaks named Nimenos & Nimenas— quite literally “Nothing More and Nothing Less.” Although, looking at their adventures, we think there’s going to be a LOT more! 😄🌊

With decades of boating and sailing experience and over 20,000 nautical miles behind them, Nicholas & Nicole know what they want from a boat. After selling their yacht, they were looking for something light, stable, easy to transport and, most importantly, safe.

Their answer? Two Legend Kayaks. 🛶

They love how light and stable they are, how they handle wind and chop, and how easily they can be used for fishing and exploring everything from harbours, rivers and lagoons to the open sea.🎣🌅

And the adventure doesn’t stop there… 👀

In January 2028, the Aqua Nixes are planning a few months on the road, taking their Legends from Somerset West through some of South Africa’s most beautiful rivers, lagoons and coastal destinations — with Eswatini, Mozambique, Botswana and Namibia also on the adventure list. 🌍

Their grandkids are already being trained to inherit the kayaks one day, so we have a feeling Nimenos & Nimenas are going to be part of the family for many years to come.🥹

There’s nothing better than seeing one of our Legend Tridents exactly where it belongs — out on the water, being put through its paces! 😎
A huge shoutout to our customer duwayne.jonker in Port Elizabeth for sending us these incredible photos from an early-morning paddle. Up at 06:29, chasing that sunrise and putting in an impressive 24.23 km on the water with a total time of 9h 50min. Now THAT is a proper day out! 🔥
From the calm morning waters to the golden sunrise and a Trident covered in miles, this is exactly what we love about seeing our kayaks in the hands of people who actually get out there and use them for the adventure they were built for. 💪🌊
