**Lufesizwe Dispensing Services (Pty) Ltd (LUFEDS)** is recruiting **Full-Time Flexible Merchandisers**.

**Pay:** **R31.00 per hour**

**Working Hours:**
• Full-time
• 7.5 working hours per day
• 30-minute lunch break
• Monday to Friday (additional hours may be required when operationally necessary)

**Performance Targets:**
• Complete **15 customer visits per day**
• Service approximately **300 points of sale (POS) per month**
• Maintain accurate visit and merchandising records
• Meet company merchandising and display standards

**Requirements:**
• Grade 10 or higher (Grade 12 advantageous)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Honest, reliable and willing to learn
• Able to travel between customer sites
• Smartphone preferred
• South African ID or valid work permit

**Key Duties:**
• Visit allocated customer outlets daily
• Merchandise products according to company standards
• Build and maintain product displays
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Implement promotions and ensure pricing accuracy
• Submit daily merchandising reports
