A New Baling press installed for one of our clients in Port Elizabeth.
This Machine, weighing 20 tons, was dismantled for Transport(Top section lifted off of the bottom section).
It was then rigged into position separately - due to height restrictions.
Once the top section was in place, it was lifted in tandem by 2× 10 ton chain blocks. Once it was high enough, it made way for the bottom half of the machine to be carefully lowered into position.
A well-executed lift completed safely and efficiently through careful planning and precise rigging.
