Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms
Engage with customers to promote and sell our furniture range
Manage online orders, quotes, and product listings
Provide professional after-sales service and customer support
Follow up on leads to close sales efficiently
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in telesales or online sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Multilingual (English and at least one other South African language)
Own transport essential
Computer literate with experience using WhatsApp, email, and online marketplaces
Professional, well-organized, and target-focused
Resides in or near Pretoria West
