To be the liaison between your Company and a Courier / Freight
Forwarder. Assisting with Freight Forwarders and Couriers.

• Main Services (Strategy) :
Your company (or you as person) will place the order with your
Supplier, once the shipment (order) is ready, your company (or you as person) will contact Simple Simplicity. All Invoices, Packing Lists, Freight Forwarder details, Import codes ect are sent to Simple Simplicity so that we can arrange / start with the liaising with the shipping company/ Freight Forwarder. All company details that are sent through are kept HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL. Simple Simplicity will handle all the tracking and any customs queries that may arise. Feedback will be given through to your company on a daily or weekly basis. Freight Forwarder invoices are sent to your company as per normal. VALUE
