2 × Vertical multistage centrifugal pumps (stainless steel hydraulic sections).
2 × Three-phase electric motors (blue).
2 × Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) mounted inside the control panel—one drive for each pump.
Electrical control panel containing:
Circuit breakers/isolators
VSDs
Terminal wiring and protection devices
Common suction manifold
Common discharge manifold
Isolation valves on the pump lines.
Non-return (check) valves to prevent backflow.
Pressure vessel (bladder tank) on the left to reduce pressure fluctuations and prevent frequent pump cycling.
Steel base frame supporting the complete booster set.
Booster sets also include valves, gauges, and fittings to complete the installation, and we can do that.
