Our facility is modern and secure with various unit sizes including 1.5m x 3m, 3m x 3m, 3m x 5m, 3m x 6m and 4.2m x 9m and Carports Unit sizes are 1.5m x 3m, 3m x 3m, 3m x 5m, 3m x 6m and 4.2m x 9m. The Storage facility is new and is based on the latest design principles. It is fully paved and is kept clean on a daily basis. Our Self Storage Facility is fully secured. It has a 2 metre palisade fen
ce around it and also has an electric fence from the ground up to approximately 2.5 metres. As an extra precaution there is onsite security 24 hours per day as well as an armed response service through ADT Security in Hartbeespoort in case of emergency or if the electric fence is triggered. CCTV camera’s are currently being installed to cover entrance and exit points at the gate. Only authorised tenants are given access to the premises via the gate access system. In additional, access to the facility is limited to between 06h00 in the morning and 18h00 in the evening. The Self Storage Units themselves are cool, dry, dustproof and weatherproof all year round. Each unit is self contained and has it’s own roll up door. As heat may be an issue in other Storage Units, we have used Colourplus roofing to make the units as cool as possible all year around. The Self Storage Facility’s main gate has an access control system. The system works in a similar manner to many residential estates. If your mobile number is registered in the system, you will be able to gain access to the Self Storage Facility by dialling the number on the gate. Access is allowed from 06h00 to 18h00 on any day of the week. If you require access outside of these hours, this can be arranged with us by calling our office number 083 679 2331 which is manned 24 hours a day
Once inside the Self Storage facility, only you have access to your individual unit. Each door has a lockable mechanism and you will install your own lock onto the unit. No-one else has access to your Self Storage unit. We continually monitor the facility for rodents and take the necessary precautions to eliminate vermin on the premises.
