There are many ways to help raise awareness and it starts by educating yourself and others about the disease. Wearing a pink ribbon, pink clothes etc is an easy way to show your support for those who are fighting breast cancer. Educate people about cancer screenings. Knowing the risks of developing breast cancer can help in early detection, which makes cancer more treatable.

Job Description

Job Title: Operations/Workshop Manager
Department: Bus/Workshop Operations
Job Summary:
• The Operations/Workshop Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Must be familiar with the workshop tools & parts.
• Must Monitor all the clients Safety files and make sure they always comply.
• Manage Bus Operations as whole.
• Monitor employees’ documents (License, Medical) by making sure they are all up to date.
• Ensuring toolbox talk is done every week by Safety with all the Bus Operators
• Must keep track of all the breakdowns and parts needed for the buses.
• Ensuring that all the Bus Operators complete their checklists.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Update the operator’s daily vehicle check list and report defects.
• Monitor all the Buses License disks.
• Keep a record of all the mechanics on duty and their performance.
• Conduct monthly performance appraisal.
• Keeping track of all the Buses location
• Coordinates with other support departments such as Finance, Human Resource, and Logistics to ensure successful production operations.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements
• Matric (Grade 12)
• NQF Level 6 (National Diploma)
• Mechanical Background
• Safety Knowledge
• Managerial background will be an added advantage.

Skills/Abilities
• Ability to set operational goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
