All messengers carry cellular telephones with them and all vehicles are fitted with two-way radios ensuring contact at all times. The same messenger will deliver your mail on every delivery day. Messengers are not to be chopped and changed, ensuring that the particular messenger becomes familiar with your specific needs. Backup systems in the event of vehicle breakdowns or messenger illness ensures that the task will always be completed.
