We inaugurated Maritime Business Centre 2 at Dubai Maritime City, an AED 160 million premium commercial tower, with 78% of its space pre-leased ahead of opening.

The development expands Grade A office capacity within Dubai’s maritime and trade ecosystem, strengthening Dubai Maritime City’s position as a specialised hub for maritime, logistics and trade-related businesses.
