When Booking a Job it needs to be booked in correctly. For instance if stairs are involved we need to be told when booked in. This must be in Text form. I had an instance where i was abused and the owner wanted to Throw down, The Job had 3 or 4 flights of stairs about 40 steps in total. The guy went from 0 to 100 and was very unhinged as i refused the job. I had quoted the job not knowing about the extent of the stairs and was expected to do it anyway. I need to plan around these jobs and get extra help or bring the proper equipment when interstate. I can and will refuse any job that i feel unsafe or misguided. This is very rare and most of the Pinball Community are brilliant and i am very thankful for all that make my day better.
