Those who know me know Iβm not really a social media kinda guy, but I feel like this post is well overdue!
Iβm still buzzing after the last 4 weeks weβve had!
From the PGFC Presentation Night featuring Matt Watson at King Road Brewery, to the Perth Boat Show at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre β itβs been a massive few weeks for PK Boats.
Standing back and looking at our displays this year was a pretty proud moment for me.
PK Boats has come a long way from where we started, and seeing the business grow into what it is today is something Iβm extremely grateful for. It hasnβt happened overnight, and it definitely hasnβt happened without a lot of hard work, sleepless nights, long days (and nights), and the support of some very good people along the way.
Iβm pretty sure at one point the kids forgot what their dad looked likeβ¦ but hopefully they still recognise me when I finally get home before dark π€£
A massive thank you to every customer who has trusted us with their boat, every person who has recommended us to a mate, every supplier and brand that has backed us, and everyone who has come past recently to say hello and show their support.
A very special thank you has to go to Taylor Marine.
Weβve built a great relationship with the team over the years, and their support of PK Boats has been massive. From helping us put together these larger events and displays, to backing us with product, technical support and everything else that goes on behind the scenes β theyβve always been there when weβve needed them.
Being able to work closely with a brand like Furuno and have that level of support behind us is something we donβt take for granted. We genuinely appreciate everything the team at Furuno Australia does for us, and weβre proud to represent the brand.
Big shoutout to Brett Skip and the crew crew from West Coast Salt. Weβve had a heap of fun working together, especially around the Boat Show giveaways. Iβm still not sure whether we were actually giving prizes away or just finding new ways to stir people up at the stand π€£ Either way, it made the whole event a lot more enjoyable and itβs always good working alongside people who are on the same wavelength.
The support weβve received over the years has allowed us to keep growing, keep investing, keep improving and keep pushing the standard of what we do.
Iβm also incredibly proud of the team behind PK Boats. Displays like these donβt just come together by themselves, and I couldnβt do it without the crew around me putting in the effort behind the scenes.
To be able to represent brands like Furuno and Airmar, showcase some of the latest marine technology, and put together displays that really represented what PK Boats is about was a huge milestone for us.
Most of all, thank you to everyone who has supported us from the early days right through to now.
We appreciate it more than you probably realise.
Weβve got plenty more up our sleeve! πβοΈ
But for now, itβs time to get stuck into installing all these boat show orders and getting everyone back out on the water!
