🚚 WE’RE HIRING — VAN DRIVER / REMOVALS PORTER 🚚
CM Removals & Storage is looking for a reliable, hardworking and customer-focused Van Driver / Removals Porter to join our growing team! 💪
This is a hands-on role involving driving our removal vehicles, helping with domestic and commercial moves, safely loading and unloading customers’ belongings, and delivering the professional, friendly service
Working pattern 📅
✅ Minimum 3 days per week
📈 Potential to increase to 5–6 days per week, depending on workload, availability and performance
⏰ Flexibility is essential, including occasional early starts, later finishes and weekend work where required
Your role 🚛
🚚 Drive company vans safely to removals, delivery and storage jobs across Essex, London and surrounding areas
📦 Load, unload, wrap and protect furniture, boxes and personal belongings
🛠️ Assist with packing, furniture dismantling and reassembly where needed
🔍 Complete daily vehicle checks and help keep company vans clean, safe and presentable
🤝 Work closely with the team to keep every move organised and on schedule
😊 Provide excellent customer service and represent CM Removals professionally at every job
⭐ Help earn genuine five-star reviews through outstanding service
What we’re looking for 👀
✅ Full UK driving licence and confidence driving vans
🚛 Previous removals, delivery, multi-drop or van-driving experience preferred — although training can be provided for the right person
💪 Good physical fitness for an active, manual role
⏱️ Reliable, punctual, honest and hardworking
🤝 Able to work well as part of a team and use your own initiative
😊 Friendly, professional and customer-focused
