We’ve kept our current price unchanged since January 2025 and have worked hard to maintain it, despite the rising costs of providing our service. To ensure we can continue offering the reliable, personal service our customers expect from us, we’ve now taken the decision to adjust our pricing.

Book by 30th September 2026 and you’ll still pay our current price of £48 per case, each way – even if you’re travelling in 2027.

Already booked with us? Don’t worry – all existing bookings are completely unaffected.

P&O Arcadia World Cruise 2027 - All you need to know….

Going on the full cruise, or joining in Southampton?
* Bookings are now open for transporting your luggage at www.thebaggagehandlingcompany.com.
* Not sure of how many cases to send? Book what you definitely need and you can add extra cases right up to your collection day.
* We’ll have vehicles collecting luggage 27th-30th December and also 2nd-4th January. Or, we can collect as early as you like in December if you want to relax over Christmas/New Year. We’ll be flexible with whatever works for you.

Joining on a later sector and wanting to send your case/s ahead?
* You’ll need to contact P&O customer services to pre-book the storage of your luggage. This is very important, as there will be forms to complete and a place secured on the ship for your luggage (P&O will charge you a storage fee per case, and in previous years this has also been limited to 1 case per passenger)
* There will be a specific drop off date for unaccompanied luggage, usually a couple of days before the cruise departs Southampton. You can either drop-off to the terminal on this day yourself, or we’ll be happy to help.
* We can collect the luggage from your home and will deliver to the terminal on the designated day.
* We can only accept bookings, once the onboard storage has been booked with P&O.
* Unaccompanied luggage is typically collected by us just prior to Christmas, so it is ready for the designated drop off date.

Leaving the cruise at the end of a sector and wanting to leave luggage onboard, to sail back to Southampton?
* You can only book this storage once onboard, and do so by visiting reception.
* A storage fee will also be charged to your onboard account and you’ll also likely be limited to 1 case per passenger.
* The collection day will be at Southampton cruise terminal approx 1-3 days after the ships return in April 2027.
* You can collect yourself on this day or book us to collect and deliver on your behalf.
* We can only accept bookings once you have left the ship with the luggage being onboard. Book anytime between the date you leave the ship, right up to the day Arcadia arrives back to Southampton.

Whilst the majority of the UK is scorching, it may be odd to start looking ahead to September/October cruises.

However this period is our busiest of the year and we anticipate being fully booked even earlier than we were last year.

The World Cup is full of extra time, penalties and unexpected twists. Getting your luggage to your cruise ship shouldn’t be. We’ll collect it from home and deliver it directly to your cabin, leaving you free to enjoy your holiday.
