运输公司每天要顾的事情太多了。
司机有没有出发、罗里在哪里、客户有没有催、今天几趟车、明天怎样排……忙起来的时候，根本不记得车的 Road Tax、保险和 PUSPAKOM 到期日，很容易就被压到最后或过期了才处理。

很多公司会把日期写在白板、Excel 或文件夹里面。记录是有记录，但它不会主动提醒你。平时没有人特地去检查，就很容易等到快到期，甚至过期了才发现。

所以，比起靠 admin 记，手机 set alarm，不如把每辆车的重要日期集中管理。
哪一辆车的 Road Tax、保险或 PUSPAKOM 快到期，系统会直接显示出来。还可以提前设置提醒，让团队每个人都看得到。
