A Warm Regards from Good Friday
On this Good Friday, please slow down for a while and give yourself a moment of slience.
What this day reminds us of is not just a historical event, but a spirit of love, responsibility, and forgiveness. Life is the time where stress, misunderstandings, and challenges will inevitably occur, but these moments that teach us the importance of letting go, to learn how to treat ourselves with kindness, and to learn the acceptance toward others.
May you still find moments of peace and quiet in the midst of a busy life; maintaining sincerity and kindness in complex relationships; and have the strength to keep moving forward when facing difficulties.
It doesn’t have to feel heavy, nor overly ceremonial. Please instead remind yourself: live well, love others, and love yourself.
