Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on both residential and commercial spaces.

Occasional bus cleaning.

Transportation available at no cost to and from work

Duties
Perform routine custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
Conduct industrial cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote environmental sustainability.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Respond promptly to any cleaning emergencies or special requests from management or staff.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications
Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of floor care methods and equipment operation is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills to effectively interact with staff and management.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Dispatcher/Customer Service Wanted:

We are seeking a Dispatcher with customer service experience to join our team. You will be responsible for scheduling rides for passengers, providing information regarding our services, communicating with the drivers, pass sales, farebox counting plus other duties. We offer paid training and a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, pass sales, scheduling trips
provide information regarding the service, including locations and times
Document and update customer records
Farebox management
Assist drivers with requests

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service is preferred
knowledge of calculators, computers and related software
Ability to prioritize and multitask
positive and professional demeanor
excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
