Got my second Shingles Shot yesterday and just like the first it’s flattened me. Managed to get up and breathe some hot air and make myself a perfect bite of sourdough wheat bread, ricotta from Kevin McSweeney and Strawberry Limoncello Deliciousness. I just might survive.

I’ve always been fairly secretive about our process. I’m not sure why because to be honest there are no secrets, just honest get your hands dirty hard work. We haven’t changed much over the years, in how we prepare, cook and then jar. We tried scaling up and using bigger machinery, you might remember us struggling with that last year, but we ended up taking it back down and doing it the old way. Maybe someday in the future we will pull that beast back out. But in the end we still hand wash, chop, zest, measure, grind, stir, cook, jar and lid by hand. In 45 seconds watch my team complete from start to finish our early summer seasonal Rosemary Apricot Zubrowka Deliciousness.

I also included in this video some callouts to some of our ingredients I am very proud to work with. Organic cane sugar, fair trade vanilla extract, rosemary and pink peppercorn that we grind by hand, imported Zubrowka from Poland and of course the beautiful mystical Colorado organic apricot. We have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to create a unique, tasty, ethical handcrafted product that is healthy, delicious, supports suppliers we believe in and makes your table look great.

We are currently shipping all sizes of this beaut. From the little wee jars we think are perfect for picnics and pockets (and carry on baggage) to the larger Cheeseboard size that gives you a longer experience, to small tubs for chefs to work their magic with to 2 gallon buckets for those that are serious about their Deliciousness usage.
