DeMers Avenue heading into Downtown Grand Forks is down to one lane due to construction. Expect delays on all routes, and ALWAYS let your driver know in advance if you plan to transfer, to ensure you make your connecting bus.

Please see below for a detailed description of the changes coming to Route 8 and Route 9, effective Monday, June 15th.

Route 8

Bus will arrive at Odegard Hall at 38 minutes past the hour

Bus will arrive at UND Memorial Union 42 minutes past the hour

Route 9

Bus will depart Hamline & University at 40 minutes past the hour

NO ROUTE 9 SERVICE at the following stops:

40th & Garden View

Garden View & 11th Ave

S 34th St & Baron Blvd

Comfort Inn

S 34th St & 17th Ave

S 34th St & 20th Ave

S 34th St & 24th Ave

Effective Monday, June 15th, Route 8 and Route 9 will be rerouted due to the construction on 42nd Avenue and DeMers.

Please take a look at the changes coming to Route 8 and Route 9. Route 9 will be expanding to cover the west industrial park, creating a new and convenient option for commuters! At the same time, Route 9 will no longer serve certain stops. However, much of the affected area will continue to be served by Route 8 as usual.
