Today, we are taking a moment to remember and honor a man who was so much more than an employee. For nearly 30 years, he’s been an integral piece of the Convoy family, putting in millions (yes, millions!) of miles and countless hours on the road in service to our customers and our company.
Over these three decades, he has been a familiar face, a trusted teammate, and a friend to so many of us. His dedication, work ethic, and commitment to our success were nothing short of incredible. The miles he put in only tell a part of his story. The relationships he built along the way with other drivers, our shop, and our office staff are what we will remember the most (and those denim overalls, of course).
This loss has left a hole in our company and in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. We are so deeply grateful for the years he spent with us and for everything he gave to our company. He will be missed more than words can say, and his legacy will remain a part of our company for years to come.
Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with everyone who got to love Joe during this difficult time. To Joe - thank you for the miles, the memories, and the years of laughs. You will never be forgotten.
