Mini-Circuits’ COHKI-3002+ is an LTCC high-performance, wideband RF crossover operating from DC to 30 GHz, ideal for applications including test and measurement equipment, radar systems in X, Ku, and Ka bands, SATCOM payloads/terminals and more. This model is designed to enable the seamless routing of transmission lines without the need for additional PCB layers. Housed in a 4.95 × 3.65 mm SMT package, the crossover is footprint compatible with our BFHKI filter footprints for easy integration in compact RF front-end designs.

Low pass, high pass, and bandpass connectorized thin-film designs can be realized with this technology up to 40 GHz in a small form factor helping customers achieve their SWaP objectives. The coupler provides exceptionally high-power handling up to 150 W and low mainline loss of 0.18 dB for applications from 1 to 150 MHz. This model features a unique heat sink design that enables reliable operation at high power without overheating, making it an ideal choice for systems where high-power capability and small size are desired. The coupler features core and wire construction mounted on an 8-lead printed laminate base with wraparound terminations for excellent solderability.

This model offers a great combination of insertion loss and return loss in both high pass and low pass. Low pass port is designed for DC to 100 MHz and high pass port is designed for 950 to 2150 MHz.

This state of the art facility is a key part of Mini-Circuits’ innovative line of high-frequency modules supporting next-generation applications up to 110 GHz.
