Today we helped a customer in a bind. The "landscaper" they hired left behind all their tree trimmings along with their beer cans. They got a letter from their HOA so they called the city of Phoenix for their free bulk pick up. The city is booked up and can't come till September!!!! They called another junk removal company and set an appointment for pick up. The company they called cancelled on them because "they don't work in the rain"!?!?! J&R Junk Removal isn't afraid of the rain, we were able to get them taken care of and help them avoid HOA fines.

After 5 years in business I've met and become friends with lots of other junk removal business owners. One of my favorite things about the industry is working with competitors and not against them. I see my junk buddies in Phoenix frequently but when I travel I try to meet icons of the area I'm traveling to. Last time I was in Yuma I had lunch with Domingo Flores at Supers Junk Removal and today I had lunch with Gary Noland at Easy Go Junk Removal down in Tucson. I learned a lot and hopefully taught a little. If you're in the industry and are in the area I highly recommend meeting with either of these great guys.
