Happy Mother’s Day to all moms (of any kind)! I hope everyone had a nice day.

I’ve been buying some fun new toys and practicing with them. I made some fun new cards for all the special moms in my life because nothing says “I love you” more than a handmade card made with love.

A winter hiatus to heal from surgery, a few days of finding my space again and reorganizing, and finally doing what I love in my happy place. I’m gearing up for spring markets starting THIS weekend!

I know things have been really quiet on this page, but I’ve had to take some personal time and my crafting has been limited. For those that aren’t my friends on Facebook, I had ankle surgery last week and I’m non-weight bearing for 3 weeks. As you can probably imagine, getting around isn’t easy and getting down my crafting space in the basement is a no-go.

I’ve been applying to several spring events starting in April or later. Keep an eye out for any posts announcing spring shows! I should be back up and crafting and a couple more weeks.

Light up boxes are some of my favorite shadow boxes to make. For this project, two sets of lights were requested and the final product looked amazing!

Hot off the press! A customer over the weekend loved my teacher easel card, but requested the design in an ornament. I think I was always worried that it wouldn’t cut well when that small, but turns out I was wrong and it cuts perfectly!

I am planning to make some more of these to add to teacher gifts this week; I can make time to cut some extra, but it will be limited. Let me know if you want some ASAP.
