Sun soak. For the better part of a decade I did half of my year living away from land and on a wooden sailboat built in 1928. We were primarily between Antigua Barbuda and the island of Grenada. The West Indies. I learned many life lessons during those years, and one that has influenced me the most: slow down. Don’t rush through this life, take it in at the pace of an old wooden ship.
At home in the summer in Maine I get to offer an experience on Frances that I too still dream of having.
