How often does your storage facility raise rates? 💰👀

Ask before you rent. At Security Public Storage, there are no rate increases for at least 6 months.

A great rate today should still be fair tomorrow.

Is that really the final price? 💰👀

Ask about admin fees, deposits, and extra charges before you rent a storage unit.

How do you prevent leaks in storage units? 💧

Ask about roof inspections and routine maintenance. Catching problems early helps protect your belongings from water damage.

"My organization has been storing our extra stuff here for years, and it's excellent. The location is super central, close to picking transit, there's usually parking out front, and the manager Charles is so friendly! He's got beautiful plants in the main office, and he even lent me his tape measure today! Highly recommend." says Jessica on Google

"I’ve been renting a storage unit at this facility for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier. Charles is fantastic — he always greets me by name, helps me coordinate deliveries, and even set out cones when I had a large move-in day. The place is spotless, well-maintained, and I always feel safe with the security alarms and video surveillance. My unit cost about $208/month for a small size, and I appreciate that.." says Oreo on Google

"I've been using a storage unit at this facility for several years, and recently had to close it down due to an out-of-state move. This facility has been excellent throughout my time here. The staff is also fantastic, which I believe is a direct reflection of Charles's leadership and training. Highly recommended!" says Mary on Google
