These two siblings just landed at the San Francisco Zoo, and we know you have some great name ideas. Drop them in the comments. 👇

Capybaras (Hydrochoerus hydrochaeris) are the world’s largest rodents. Fully grown, they can weigh 110 to 150 pounds or more, stretch over four feet from snout to rump, and stand up to two feet tall.

This pair is only four months old and weighs about 33 to 44 pounds (15 to 20 kg) each. They have some growing to do!

Haunted hotel or just a charming old building with a lot of character? 👻

The Queen Anne Hotel at 1590 Sutter Street was once an elite girls' boarding school. Legend has it the former headmistress, Miss Mary Lake, still checks in on guests in Room 410, believed to be her old office.

Guests say doors open on their own and a comforting presence tucks them in at night. Cozy or creepy? You decide.

Yesterday, North Beach was the place to be. 🇮🇹

The 158th San Francisco Italian Heritage Parade and Festival honored the Italian immigrants who built lives, families, and businesses here, and whose influence still lives in our restaurants, our arts, and the soul of this city.

Tens of thousands filled the neighborhood to be part of it. Grazie to everyone who keeps this tradition alive.
