Join us for the Arts Crawl to explore Wooster's vibrant creative community, local galleries, and community spaces! To help you get around, WayGo is offering free, hop-on/hop-off Community Shuttle service along the route throughout the event.
The Community Shuttle is free and open to everyone, making it easy to ride between participating locations or explore on foot.

WayGo is updating its Saturday route, and we want your feedback!

Starting August 22nd, we’re adjusting our Saturday Fixed Route service to better connect you to local shopping and retail destinations. Before these changes go live, we want to hear from you!

🎉 Celebrating One Year of WayGo! 🎉
August 4th marks one incredible year of WayGo, and what a journey it has been!
Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of serving our community, building meaningful connections, and helping people get where they need to go safely and reliably. None of this would have been possible without our amazing team, dedicated leadership, and the passengers who trust us every day.
Thank you to every driver, dispatcher, office staff member, and supporter who has played a part in making this first year such a success. Your hard work, teamwork, and commitment truly make a difference.

Please keep your belongings with you and clear of seats and aisles. Be sure you can load and unload everything in one trip, as drivers are unable to assist with carrying items.

🚌 Understanding Your WayGo Pickup Window

Getting you where you need to go safely, reliably, and on time is what we're all about! Because WayGo is a shared-ride, demand response service, our routes are designed to serve multiple riders efficiently while keeping everyone on schedule.

Here's what you need to know:

⏰ Your Pickup Window: Instead of an exact pickup time, you'll receive a 30-minute pickup window. This gives our system the flexibility to account for traffic, road conditions, and other scheduled riders along the way.

🚏 Please Be Ready Early: Please be ready to board at the very start of your pickup window. Your driver may arrive at any time during those 30 minutes.

⏱️ Our 5-Minute Wait Policy: Once your bus arrives, drivers can wait up to 5 minutes before continuing to the next scheduled pickup. This helps keep every rider's trip running smoothly and on time.

Think of WayGo as a bus route that comes to your neighborhood! By being ready at the beginning of your pickup window, you're helping to keep Wooster moving.
