It was a real pleasure hosting David in Cape Town. We surfed different waves, worked on his backhand surfing in preparation for Angola’s lefts — and he landed his first-ever floater! 🤙

His partner Isa Padrutt joined for the week and made great progress too, moving from a soft-top to a hard-top.

A great week of surfing, learning and good times in Cape Town. 🌴🏄‍♂️

Good to be back in Cape Town! We’ve had great warm winter days and surf around the peninsula and False Bay.

The last leg of my coast-to-coast trip took me along the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. 🌊 Warm water, warm winter days, incredible waves, and some of the friendliest locals along the way.

Back in Cape Town now… time to surf my local waves. Stay tuned for more surf adventures. 🤙🇿🇦
