Due to expansion J Barber Transport Ltd is recruiting a mid-day driver.
11.00 start time
Applicants must have category CE entitlements
(Class 1).
Drivers are required to work on a 4 on/off shift pattern.
Extra shifts are normally available.
Successful application will result in;
⁃ Full-time Permanent contract.
⁃ 20 days holiday per annum. (We do work bank holidays)
⁃ Company pension.
⁃ Maternity, paternity and adoption leave pay.
Drivers on this contract will predominantly deliver frozen, chill & ambient to stores.
You will be required to load/ unload yourself using electric MHE.
Full training will be given until you are comfortable to work by yourself.
Good communication skills with a positive attitude and clean presentation is essential.
Strictly minimum 1yrs HGV driving experience required on this contract.
£200 Night's
Inclusive of bonuses
Daily bonuses given for punctuality, performance, vehicle cleanliness, positive attitude and zero damages.
10hrs Average shift times

J Barber Transport Ltd is recruiting
X1 Day tanker/ bulker driver

Applicants must have category CE entitlements
(Class 1).
This position is Monday- Friday + Every 2nd Saturday.
With occasional nights out.

Successful application will result in;
⁃ Full-time Permanent contract.
⁃ 28 days holiday per annum.
⁃ Company pension.
⁃ Maternity, paternity and adoption leave pay.

Full training will be given until you are comfortable to work by yourself.

J Barber Transport Ltd is recruiting
X1 Day tanker driver

Applicants must have category CE entitlements
(Class 1).
This position is Monday- Friday + Every 3rd Saturday if required.

Drivers on this contract will predominantly work in and out of water/ sewage treatment works, AD Plants & farms across the midlands.

Full training will be given until you are comfortable to work by yourself.

Each shift can be different. One day you will be working alongside a team and the next you will be working alone, so good communication skills and being able to work off your own initiative is essential.

Occasionally, you may be asked to pick up a bulker or curtain sider, so must be versatile.
Minimum 2yrs HGV driving experience required.
Experience in Tanker/ Bulker work is a great advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
£16.00 Per Hour for Day's

J Barber Transport Ltd is recruiting 1 early morning driver (around 1am Start)

Applicants must have category C+E entitlements (Class 1).

Drivers are required to work 4 on 4 off.

Successful application will result in;

Drivers on this contract will predominantly be delivering produce North East, starting from Atherstone, CV9.
