Penmac Staffing is hiring a Class E Box Truck Driver for a local hardware company in Springfield, MO. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity. $18 hour.

Requirements for the Class E Box Truck Driver
• Valid Class E driver’s license
• Box truck and 1-ton truck driving experience
• Ability to lift and carry over 50lbs with assistance
• Forklift and pallet jack experience
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and MVR check
• Strong attendance and work history
Class E Box Truck Driver Responsibilities
• Drive a box truck and 1-ton truck to deliver materials to local customers
• Load and unload products weighing over 50lbs
• Operate a forklift or pallet jack as needed
• Provide excellent customer service at each delivery site
• Class E Box Driver will make local deliveries and work with a helper to load and unload materials such as doors, windows and lumber materials.

Schedule and Pay
• Monday through Friday
• 7:00am–4:30pm or until the route is completed
• $18.00 per hour

Penmac Staffing / Transportation dept is hiring a dependable CDL Straight Truck Driver to operate a 26’ Freightliner with a manual transmission. Pay $0.55 per mile / Home Dailey

CDL Straight Truck Driver Responsibilities
• Safely operate a 26’ straight truck with manual transmission
• Haul and deliver guardrail materials to multiple job sites
• Complete approximately 4 stops per route
• Perform pre trip and post trip inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery and log documentation
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
Requirements for the CDL Straight Truck Driver
• Valid CDL license
• Experience driving a manual transmission straight truck preferred
• Ability to safely load, secure, and unload materials
• Reliable attendance and strong time management skills
• Willingness to submit to required background and drug screenings

Pay, Schedule, and Location
• Pay rate: $0.55 per mile (CPM)
• Schedule: Early morning start time at 6:00 AM
• Routes primarily within Kansas, returning as scheduled

Penmac Staffing is hiring Heavy Equipment Operator’s for a local excavation company. This is a full-time, Monday – Friday, Operate excavators, skid steer track loaders and backhoe for land excavation projects in the Springfield Area. $22hr

Schedule and Pay
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–to end of day (some flexibility; occasional early finish around 5:00 PM depending on weather and project needs)
• Pay: $22 per hour

Requirements for Heavy Equipment Operator
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment, including excavators, skid steer track loaders and backhoes.
• Ability to safely load and unload dump trucks, screen dirt and dig and back fill foundations.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Will work in the Springfield surrounding areas
• Prefer the operator lives within 40 miles of Springfield

Responsibilities for Heavy Equipment Operator
• Operate excavators, skid steer track loaders and backhoe for land excavation projects
• Load and unload dump trucks efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition
• Assist with excavation tasks as directed by the manager
• Operation of Earthmoving and construction

Requirements for the CDL A Driver
