Today, we’re looking back at the history of CU Transit buses. Our city has had many kinds of public transit over the years, but the old electric street cars were something special. They had a cool, classic feel that makes people nostalgic—even if you never rode one!

City Utilities Transit is proud to offer FREE rides on all future election days, helping ensure transportation is never a barrier to voting.

The CU Transit Center already serves as a polling location, and now riders can travel to and from the polls at no cost on election days.
