The new Alliance Employer Hub is strengthening the talent pipeline across AllianceTexas by connecting students directly with career opportunities in aviation, logistics, advanced manufacturing, and distribution while helping employers meet workforce demands.

The new Alliance Employer Hub, launched by Tarrant County College and Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County, will connect students directly to employers in aviation, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution through on-site hiring support, career navigation, internships, and workforce training.

For businesses within one of North Texas’ fastest-growing commercial corridors, the Hub is another example of what makes the AllianceTexas ecosystem different: direct alignment between education, workforce development, and industry demand. As advanced manufacturing, logistics, aviation, and distribution opportunities continue to grow across the region, AllianceTexas remains positioned to help employers scale and succeed.

Continued growth across aviation, logistics, and advanced industries is fueling jobs and long-term prosperity for North Texas.

Nearly four decades after its groundbreaking, AllianceTexas has produced $142.9 billion in economic impact — including $12.9 billion in 2025 alone — validating the vision that launched it.
